Made with Omachi rice, it offers a deeper and more mineral-driven expression than Haven's lighter and more aromatic premium sake selections. Persistent aromas of red apple, young green bamboo and steamed rice lead into a layered palate. Mineral character lifts the deeper rice flavors, while a subtle touch of wild mint adds freshness and complexity. With an SMV of +0.5, the overall impression is balanced rather than distinctly sweet or aggressively dry.
